    Try checking the battery terminals if they're clean and securely connected. A loose connection could disrupt power supply to the MMI system.

    Looks like your on board charging module is at fault. I had this same issue before. Mine got replaced, and everything worked perfectly afterwards.

    Audi e-tron Energy Credits stuck

    Tried an EC charger recently, but the app wouldn't work at all despite having a balance. Luckily, I was able to use my credit card to initiate charging. Maybe the app was having a temporary glitch? I wouldn't recommend using this tbh.
