It’s tough to pin down how long the battery cell's been acting up without a deeper look, but if the dealer couldn't finish the software update because of it, that’s a solid hint it’s been a problem for a bit. If you're worried, definitely chat with the second dealer and see what they can dig up...

Any update on this issue? I've hit up a bunch of chargepoint fast chargers, but none seem to be compatible with my e-tron. I can charge slowly without any issues, and Electrify America usually works fine for me. Any idea what’s up?
