I haven't really come across this issue before. What have they tried so far? Did they give the MMI a little reset or anything?

Honestly, I'm not even surprised the cruise control stalk isn't lit, like, none of the other stalks are glowing either, right? Wipers and lights are in the dark too! 😒

I ran into the same thing, and believe it or not, the fix was super easy: just give it a quick reboot! All you gotta do is press and hold that middle volume button for about ten seconds and you'll be good to go!
