2021 e-tron AC Not Working (Error Code: E.PA.RPC.11)

My mom's dealing with a super annoying issue with the AC in her 2021 e-tron. It just decided to stop working out of the blue! She’s seeing this error code: E.PA.RPC.11 (2108081238).

Has anyone else had to deal with this? Got any tips on how to fix it, or should we just bite the bullet and take it to the dealer?

Ugh, my AC totally gave up on me last week, too! Guess I’ll have to haul it over to the dealer. It’s got just 18k miles, and it’s already acting up with all these software updates and the wireless connection with my phone? Come on! It's crazy for a pricey car to be such a struggle!

I had a similar issue with my AC going out after about 3 months, but in my case, it wasn’t an error code, just a sensor issue. It took about 8 days to get the part. Your mom might want to check if the dealer has the part in stock before going in.

I had the same problem. After a software update, my AC stopped working. The dealer said it was a faulty pressure switc and ordered a new one. Now they're having trouble putting the refrigerant back in. I'm worried there's a leak.
