Hi everyone,
I’m kinda frustrated that my 2023 Prestige Q4 limits power to the wheels based on the battery level. So yesterday, I was at 65% charge, and when I floored the accelerator, I only got about 70% power. I really think the "dynamic" drive mode could have been used to lift this limitation.

That’s a weird situation! So does that mean that you only get full power when your battery’s over 80%? If keeping the battery healthy means not going past that, does that mean you can’t really tap into your car’s full potential unless you go beyond the threshold?

It’s crazy to think about whether the upgrades to the powertrains in the 2025 Q4 e-tron will actually fix that power limit when the battery dips below 80%.

It’s kind of a quirky problem compared to other EVs, and honestly, it’s surprising no one’s really called it out in reviews. Right? Feels like a big miss, especially since performance is such a big deal for drivers!

True! It’s weird there aren’t more complaints - guess not everyone’s a secret race car driver, huh?
