I can't renew my Audi connect license. I've tried everything, but Audi's customer service can't seem to get it fixed. It's very annoying. What should I do with this?
I feel you! I've definitely had my share of headaches with Audi customer service too. It’s such a drag when the reps aren’t helpful or even just nice - it just makes everything way more frustrating. Fingers crossed they get their act together!Seriously, Audi customer service is a nightmare. I've had similar issues with my app and Wi-Fi. The first rep I talked to was a total jerk, and the second one was completely unprofessional. I finally got some help from the third rep, but they were definitely not the friendliest person I've ever dealt with. I don't know what's going on over there, but it needs to get fixed.

I experienced the same. After a bunch of calls and a few trips to the dealer, Audi finally got their act together and fixed the system so I could access my renewal. I went ahead and bought the navigation renewal, but guess what? The app still thinks I need it! Plus, I get an error when sending addresses to the car, even though they show up fine inside.
