Hey, so my dealer dropped this bomb on me with my '21 Q8 e-tron. With just 13k miles on the clock, they're saying it needs a brake service. I'm sitting here like, "What?" Anyone else caught wind of this? I mean, I thought the brakes on the e-tron would be just chilling, hardly needing any TLC since they're not getting much action. Anybody else getting thrown for a loop by this?

According to the service schedule, brake fluid changes are recommended every 20k miles or 2 years, whichever comes first. For me, you can just get your brake fluid replaced without necessarily needing new brake pads.

It still depends on what they saw under the car that needs replacing action it still needs to be changed every 20k miles just as @AquaArrow mentioned. Maybe it depends on how you used the car with your 13k mileage?
