Major CarPlay problem after a routine maintenance visit. Now it just won't connect, while Bluetooth works fine! It was smooth sailing for months before this dealership trip. Got that frustrating error message about "connection not established" and needing a compatible device... which is definitely my iPhone! Dealership is stumped and I've escalated to Audi support. Anyone else face this after maintenance?
The actual error says "The connection could not be established. Please make sure that you have selected a device compatible with teh Audi Smartphone Interface."
