Connection Issues with my e-tron

New here. I recently bought a used 2022 e-tron GT. It had a recall before I purchased it, and it is no longer connected. I have an Audi account, but the MMI isn't working. Audi stated that it is a known problem following the recall. They said there was an issue with module 19. I was thinking about trying to fix it by pulling some fuses, but I'm not sure if that will work. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
 
Try logging out of your myaudi.com account and then log back in. Don’t forget to do the same with the Audi app - log out, check for any updates, and then sign back in. It’s such a pain that the Audi app keeps messing up, and it usually boils down to server issues on Audi’s end. It’s a letdown that these software glitches keep happening. Audi really needs to get their act together!
