E-tron 12v battery charging while parked

I read some discussion about the E-tron using the high voltage battery to top up the 12v while parked. Anyone know if that's true? Seems handy, but I wasn't sure. My understanding is the 12v normally charges when the car is on, but wasn't sure about parked mode.

What do you mean parked? Like engine on or engine off? If it's switched off, then no, it won't. The 12V battery is recharged while the car is turned on and when idle.
