E-tron AC Nightmare

Man, I just got my e-tron GT RS back from service, and guess what? The side and rear vents are totally MIA - no air at all! The middle vents are still doing their thing but man, it feels like I’m sweating it out in a sauna even with the AC on blast. I’ve been fiddling with the HVAC controls, but it’s like they’re just not having it. Any tips to get it sorted? I’m lossing my mind here!

Go back to them, then and tell them the vents were working. What did they have to fix on the car? Maybe they obstructed the vents in the process.

That sounds super frustrating! Have you looked to see if there’s some setting or mode that the guy who did your service might’ve accidentally messed with?

If no setting’s been changed, then I agree with @Laser_Vision15 - definitely go back to the service center! Everything was running smoothly before the service, so it makes sense to let them check that out.

You call also try doing a quick reset on the HVAC system. That might help too.

Try turning the HVAC off and on to reset it, and check if the airflow isn’t stuck on the middle vents. If you see no error messages but the side and rear vents are still dead, it might be time to hit up the service center again - there could be a loose connection or maybe a part needing a fix.
