e-tron tow hook

I needed to use the tow hook, but it wouldn't fit. I tried screwing it in, but it wouldn't fit. Other people may be able to inspect their vehicles to see if they can screw it in. Press the center part to open the receiver's small door. When I looked inside, I noticed that the threads were extremely deep and long. The hook's threads are different. I believe there should be a special part missing. I'm confused if this P/N 8K0805615A would fit.

I also have the exact same P/N 8K0805615A. So you turn it left to tighten because it is reverse threaded. Mine went right in just fine.
