Ok, so here’s the deal - I’m totally stuck with this phone reminder on my Q4 e-tron. It’s supposed to blare some audio warning if I leave my phone in the car, but it’s been silent as a rock! Seriously, I’ve dug through all the settings and nothing’s budging. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any magic tricks to get it working? It’s such a pain to realize I’ve left my phone behind and have to trek back to the car! Appreciate any help you’ve got!

Just an FYI. That cool thing only kicks in if you’re rocking the factory wireless charger - yep, the “Audi Phone Box” - and your phone’s just chilling on it when you’re ready to roll. But heads up! If you’ve got one of those early Q4 models, that option might’ve been axed due to that pesky chip shortage. So whether you’ve got it or not totally depends on when your ride was built. In my case, my Q4 Prestige teases me with the feature in the settings, but it lacks the actual hardware to make it work LOL.

Thanks for the info! On the bright side, I’ve got the wireless phone box. The downside? It still doesn’t give me a heads-up when my phone’s chilling in there. I’ll keep digging for fixes, but this gives me a solid starting point - really appreciate your help!

Honestly, I'm not totally sold on the E-Tron’s features. From what I’ve seen, it only gives me a heads-up if I turn off the car and then open the door. But if I do it the other way around? Nada. Just a heads-up, my iPhone’s always plugged in and rocking CarPlay wirelessly!

Ugh, seriously? That sounds super annoying! Have you given the software a little update? Sometimes a quick refresh can sort out those pesky glitches.
