Q6 Multiple User Registration Issues?

Hello. New here.

I've had my Q6 for a couple of weeks now, and I’ve hit a bit of a snag. I managed to register myself as a user, but I'm having trouble adding my wife as a second user. She’s all set up on myAudi, and I’ve added her to my account, but the car just won’t recognize her. Ugh!
Has anyone else run into this problem? Any tips or solutions would be awesome. It's a bit frustrating, to say the least.

Oh, we've been through this before! If I'm not mistaken, there was this checkbox in the other users’ My Audi profile that needed your OK. You had to check it for the other users to have access to the car. After that, everything should work just fine.
