Q8 e-tron range stuck below 253 Miles?

The fam is loving our new Q8 e-tron but the range display isn't quite matching the hype. I can only seem to squeeze out about 253 miles on a full charge, which is way short of the advertised 285 miles. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this a common thing or should I get it checked out?
