We're looking to add some extra bass to our Model 3's sound system with a subwoofer upgrade. Anyone know the depth limitation for the stock enclosure? Hoping to avoid major surgery on the trunk! Also, if anyone's done this before, please please please share your experience.

I'm definitely interested in doing the same thing with my car.

Do you have a link to a guide or anything on how you wired it up? Or did you figure it out on your own?
I'd love to hear more about it!

Any reputable audio shop can create a compact fiberglass enclosure to house short-throw 10-inch subwoofers. Despite the tight space, I installed a custom amplifier, enclosure, and two small 10-inch subwoofers in the trunk of my convertible. The installation includes quick-disconnect connectors, which allow me to easily remove the system if I need the trunk for another purpose.
