Virtual Cockpit Not Remembering Settings

I’ve been loving my new Q8 E-Tron (2023), but I’ve run into an annoying issue: the car keeps forgetting my virtual cockpit settings after every restart. No matter where I leave it, it always reverts back to the ‘classic’ big dials with the clock in the center. It’s frustrating since I prefer a different layout, and it just won’t stick!

Also, I noticed I don’t have the option to change to the ‘e-tron’ setting in the MMI. I can adjust what’s displayed in the center of the left dial (like consumption data), but tapping the back button just sends me straight to the main menu, there’s no way to return to the previous screen.

I’ve already tried a factory reset, but no luck. Is there a way to do a more in-depth reset than what’s available in the factory settings?
