I'm also looking into wrapping my e-tron and I found some info about the wrap options. It seems like both 3M and Rwraps have a pretty wide selection of colors and finishes, and they're both high-quality. They're also easy to apply thanks to the pressure-activated adhesive and air-egress channels. The only downside is that they're semi-permanent, so if you decide to change it up, it might be a bit of a hassle to remove.
