There was a battery software update as part of a warranty recall, and I only found out because my car was due for service. The dealer tried to do the update but couldn’t finish it because of a faulty battery cell. Since they can’t replace the cell, they referred me to another dealer an hour...

I don;t use an Audi Q4 and I haven;t experienced this, but I have seen similar problems. You can check for firmware updates for your car and charger. I hope you sort it soon!

I still find it strange that Q4s dont have a heat pump due to supply chain issues. With fewer than 2,000 sold in the US last year and considering the long delivery times, no heat pump, no tax credit, and Tesla's price drops, it seems 2024 sales won't be much better. What do you think?
