I recently bought a 2020 premium Plus. When I got home from the town I plugged it into a lvl 1 charger. It says the charging is initializing but instead of charging it is light-pulsing white continuously. Yesterday, I could charge it to a lvl 2 in the town. After this failure, I went into town to try the same lvl 2 charger I used yesterday, but I got walled by the same issues. Not to say I had to manually remove the charger because it got stuck in the port. Any thoughts?

When I first plugged my 2020 Premium Plus into a Level 1 charger, it just kept pulsing white instead of charging, which was strange. After some troubleshooting, I found that trying a different charger often helped, sometimes it’s just a compatibility issue. I’ve also had trouble with the charger getting stuck, and a gentle twist usually solves it.

I had a similar issue with my 2020 premium +. Have you checked if your charger is set to 50% by default? This can confuse the car into thinking a timer is set (the white pulsing light).

Try this: put the car into a deep sleep and then reboot it (restart it after a couple of hours). Also, check if your home charger is set to 50% or 100% by pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds to change it. Just let me know if it works.
