It seems like the aftermarket is your best option for now. You should still be able to find quality aftermarket badges for your Q4 and replace once the OEM parts become available.

I'm not sure about the E-Tron, but with mine, I only get an alert if I turn off the car and then open the door. If I open the door first, there's no alert. By the way my iPhone is always on the charger with wireless CarPlay connected.

We drove past zero on a road trip and couldn’t find a charger. Surprisingly, the car never shut off, and we eventually stumbled upon a slow charger. It seems like there's some hidden reserve range when you go beyond zero. Not sure how much though and not willing to do it again, haha
