After 4 months of flawless operation, my 2024 Q8 etron lost the Audi Connect Plus service. As a result i can no longer listen to online radio. Customer Support blames me for starting the paid service before the trial service expired. They tell me I was supposed to let the free trial expire (in another month) and then sign for the paid service. (The dealer advised me that I can sign up at any time and that the paid subscription will start when the free one expires.)
In the mean time i have NO working subscription, neither free nor paid. Audi Connect refuses to cancel the paid one, and keeps on telling me it is in the hands of Tier 2 group. Tier 2 is at a loss, and has been for almost two weeks.
Am I the only one that has this problem? Does anyone have a suggestion how i can bypass the roadblock of Customer Service? Talking to a supervisor was a waste of time.
