I registered the toll module on my GT, but it isn't working. When I start driving, the toll module icon disappears, and the buttons to turn it on and choose who pays don't work. I checked the PayViaM portal and saw no charges. Has anyone else experienced this problem with their GT, and does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix it?

I had no trouble setting up the Integrated Toll Module on mine, and all charges were correctly processed by Payviam. I'd recommend calling your dealer for that matter.

That's a common issue with the toll GT's module system.
First, check if you registered and activated the toll module correctly.
Second, check if there is any software on the way.
Third, try to restart the system, and see what happens.
If none of these work, visit your dealership.

I'm curious why you're having trouble with the ITM. I didn't encounter any issues when setting mine up.

I didn't have any issues with mine. I am getting chargers through PayviaM.
