My Q8's stuck in the dealer for roughly 2 months now. It's a real drag, but e-trons take forever to get fixed. I've seen some folks get reimbursed for payments and even gas for their loaner cars, which got me thinking. How should I bring up getting compensated with the dealer, and who's the right person to chat with about it? I'm kinda green at this, so any pointers you've got would be awesome!

Before heading to the dealership, write down your concerns clearly. Then, politely ask about possible solutions, like compensation or repairs. Reaching out to their customer service or management beforehand can save you time. Btw, they didn't give you a loaner car?

Usually dealerships give you a loaner car especially if it takes that long to fix a vehicle. Have you tried asking them for one?
