Is it possible to check the coolant overflow reservoir in Q8 Etron without bringing the car in for service?

I recently had a rear motor failure in my 2024 Q8 Etron as a result of a failed seal that caused coolant to leak into the motor. The motor seized up and had to be replaced as a result of the failed seal. I know that there is a small reservoir that is meant to catch coolant overflow located behind the rear wheel underneath the car. I asked the service tech who replaced my motor if there was a way to check the reservoir myself every once in a while to see if there was any coolant collecting in it with the intention of preventing another gasket failure from causing a motor failure. He told me that it was not possible for me to check the reservoir myself and that it was necessary to bring it into the dealership to get it checked, and that I should do it every 6 months. My response to him was that if there was a seal failure the reservoir would fill rather quickly and checking it every 6 months was not a good option, and he agreed with me. My question is there must be a way to look under the car and check it myself occasionally to see if there is coolant collecting in the reservoir. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this?

Happy hollidays! This might help you locate the reservoir

Thanks, but the coolant reservoir for the Q8 Etron is not under the hood. It is located underneath the car somewhere near the rear wheel. I just wanted to know if there was a way to check it myself without putting the car on a lift.
