My e-tron doesn’t stop at the desired charging % I set

It looks like there’s a problem with my e-tron charging. I set the limit to 85%, but it keeps ignoring it and charging up to 100%. Anyone with the same problem?

Try to reinstall your myAudi App and restart your phone. Try checking the app as well, maybe it has an update.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't work. Audi was able to fix it with a hard reset on the MMI. Everything's working perfectly again!

Doing DIY with these electronic cars is quite risky. It is much better if it gets checked by professionals. They usually use an OBD Scanner to diagnose your vehicle.

It's not that risky though since I didn't touch the car, I only deleted the app (which is just in my phone) but still I appreciate the reminder! Mine got fixed already btw

I appreciate the update! My device began acting the same way recently. Regardless of the settings, it always charges to 100%. I'm going to test it without the limit and see what happens.
