I'm having trouble with my myAudi app. The app isn't working properly, and I can't log in to it from my car. This is preventing me from using features like preconditioning and navigation. Has anyone else had this issue, and were you able to fix it?
Same headache with my Q4 e-tron here since I took it in for a recall service. Prior to that, it was running great! I’ve tried all sorts of tricks - resetting the MMI, pulling fuses for an hour, logging in and out, but nothing’s working. So frustrating!

Hm, wow! I thought I was alone in this one. After the recall, I had some issues too, like the disappearing of my favorite radio stations from the favorites list.
