Hello, guys!

A few days ago I bought a new car. The problem is that after we signed the papers, he left the dealership. Now I am doing things on my own. I changed from Q4 to Q5, but I feel like I downgraded...and here is why?
I want to set up the MMI and make it work for multiple drivers and users.
- so, for example, in Q4 the seat would automatically adjust depending on who opened the car (based on the key). This is not happening with the Q4. Do I have to set up things differently? Am I missing something?
- we thought that assigning users when using each key, would make the car 'remember' which key goes with which driver. The problem here is it keeps changing to the default to the previous driver, no matter which key is used to unlock the car. Is this normal?
- we added our phones, but the car 'prefers' my phone whenever I unlock the car. How can I configure the car to take my wife's phone when she is driving?
I would appreciate your thoughts.

I've had my Audi this year and I'm still trying to figure out all the technology. I know exactly how you feel. It's a lot to take in! I would recommend making an appointment with your dealership's technology specialist. They can help you understand all the features and get you up to speed.

After owning a few Audis, I'm frustrated with my new etron. I think supply chain issues are to blame since I’m missing the Homelink integration as well. It’s disappointing that the key doesn’t adjust the seat, log me into my account, or sync with my phone, especially since I followed the setup instructions carefully.

Just wanted to share my experience, let me know if you’ve found any answers. Thanks!

So about that phone issue where your car’s defaulting to your phone instead of your wife’s when she’s using it, sounds like it’s just picking the first paired phone or whatever it thinks is the main device. We had a similar hiccup with our car since my wife and I are both sharing it at the moment. Super annoying, right?

To get your wife’s phone connecting smoothly while she drives, just jump into the MMI settings and check the Bluetooth connections. Log into her user profile and set her phone as the default. This way, it’ll connect automatically when she’s in the car, no more mix-ups with yours! It’s a quick fix that makes a big difference!
