Why did my '21 etron USB charging port stop working out of nowhere?

I've been relying on my 2021 e-tron's USB charging port to charge my phone for a good 2.5 years, but out of the blue, it decided to call it quits. Any of you cool cats been through this? How did you tackle the issue and get it back up and running?

That's weird. Too early to have an issue like that. Did you have your software updated? It would be best to contact your service advisor about it.

How is it now? Did you try checking your fuse? Maybe there's a problem with it.
