Why do favorite radio stations get deleted?

I don't know why, but the radio stations I put on my Favorites get deleted without any reason. This happened a few times already, and now it is starting pissing me of. Pure annoy. More because I don't know what I am missing. Any help, please?

Maybe a software update will fix that. Did you try calling your dealer about it?

My Audi Service Advisor didn’t even know that much. I am glad that Audi is aware of the issue. I hope they will come up with the update soon enough. Thanks for replying!
