E-Tron drivers who use Octopus Intelligent charging (or similar)! Looks like there might be a bit of a problem with car software versions messing with charging control. Basically, Octopus can't talk to our cars properly anymore unless they're updated. The email said only a few folks have the new version, and Audi might not be willing to foot the bill for upgrades. Anyone else out there using Octopus or a similar service? Have you heard anything about this?

Yeah, the car will still charge, but it won't stop when Octopus says to. If you set the limit to 80% in Octopus, the car will keep going. Octopus itself works fine, but it can't control the car anymore without that Audi upgrade.

Have you switched off all the settings in the Audi charging app. I had similar issues with both Octopus and the Audi apps compromising one another. Finally got it to work just using the Octopus app.

I've been using this MH2P_ER_AUG35_P2873 firmware for the last 3 years with Octopus Energy, and it's been working fine.

Then I get this email saying I need to update because they lost control of the car or something. But my car is still charging fine with their schedule.
