frustrated with MMI & MyAudi app

My fam's loving the car itself, seriously, Q8 e-tron is amazing! But the MMI feels a bit clunky and the MyAudi app keeps dropping connection. Is this normal for Audi? Feels like they lag behind on the tech side of things. Hoping there's a way to improve it because these features deserve to be as good as the car!

You're right, the MMI is terrible. As a first-time Audi owner, I've had to deal with lots of communication errors.

Don't worry, you're not the only one having trouble with the myAudi app. It's a real mess – full of glitches and errors. I've emailed their support team countless times, and they always get back to me quickly, but it's all just talk. They say they'll look into it, but nothing ever improves.

I traded in my Tesla for this e-tron last October, and I regret it every single day. I wish I had just kept my Model Y.

The e-tron is like owning a car with a lot of fancy features, but they're often unreliable and frustrating to use. It's like buying a high-tech gadget that's always breaking down.
