Audi e-tron Energy Credits stuck

Having some trouble with the Electrify Canada energy credits. The myAudi app says "unlock energy credits," but clicking it just throws an error. Anyone else face this? I've hit walls with both Audi and Electrify Canada support - neither seem familiar with the issue. They suggested the dealership I bought it from might have answers. Any advice on how to get these credits unlocked?
 
Tried an EC charger recently, but the app wouldn't work at all despite having a balance. Luckily, I was able to use my credit card to initiate charging. Maybe the app was having a temporary glitch? I wouldn't recommend using this tbh.

Have you checked with Electrify America? It's possible your account is set up for the US, but you're trying to use it in Canada. I'm not sure if that's an app issue or if you need to switch your account over from US to Canadian.
