What can I do about my 2024 Q4 e-tron’s MMI system?

Since getting my 2024 Q4 e-tron in July, I’ve been frustrated with the MMI system. Every time I enter the car, it randomly connects to either my phone or my wife's, and it constantly asks me to select a user, even though there’s only one. The privacy screen appears inconsistently, and I can’t seem to save any favorite radio stations. After two visits to the dealer, where they blamed us for the issues, I still have no solutions. I’m beginning to wonder if I just ended up with a lemon :rolleyes:
 
I use only one phone, so I can't help you with this one. But I can say that my navigation favorites disappear all the time. And I think the radio stations behave the same if I put them on the favorites list (I don't use radio, though). I don't know what to say more...

It sounds like your Audi's system is acting up.

Try resetting it first. It might fix the problem.
Make sure the software is updated too.
If it's still not working, contact Audi directly. Explain everything clearly.
If the dealer can't help, keep pushing them for a solution.

If it's a hardware issue, keep track of who you talk to and when. This will help if you need to escalate things later. Hopefully, you can get it fixed soon!
