Help with e-Tron bike rack options

Looking to haul my bikes on my new (and hitchless) e-Tron SUV, but seeing some comments about factory hitches being too deep for most racks. Anyone found a trunk-mounted bike rack that works well? Open to exploring aftermarket hitches too.
 
I’ve seen some e-tron owners go with the Stealth Hitch paired with the Thule EasyFold XT, seems like a killer combo since the hitch stays hidden when not in use. The Yakima FullBack is a decent trunk option, but the rear hatch design on the e-tron makes me wonder if it sits right.
 
My neighbor uses a Kuat Sherpa hitch-mounted rack and loves it. They've even taken bikes on 500-mile trips with it. Just a heads-up, though – it can affect your vehicle's range, so keep an eye on that. But if you're not going too far, it shouldn't be a problem.
