Radio favorites vanished

I woke up this morning, started my etron, and all my radio favorites were just...gone! Like, poof, vanished into thin air. Anyone else had this happen? Any idea what caused it and how to get them back? I'm seriously scratching my head here.

I've run into this a few times myself, and all I had to do was turn the car off and back on. In my case, it seemed like the car wasn’t recognizing me as the User, so a quick reset did the trick.
