2019 E-tron Prestige owners – Range and rattling noise issues

I recently bought a 2019 E-tron Prestige and wantd to check in with other owners. Does anyone still have a 2019 model? I’m only getting about 180 miles on a full charge – is that normal, or should I be concerned? Also, has anyone experinced any rattling noises coming from the top of the dash or behind the vents? Would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks!

I have a friend who has the same model as you. He was getting 215-219 miles in the beginning (more than one year ago) and now he is getting about 207 miles. I guess it depends on the battery health.
