I could use some advice! My friend's 2024 Audi e-tron Q3 was stolen two weeks ago, and now he can’t track it because the thief blocked his privacy settings. It seems like the person who took his car knows their way around Audi’s system.

Is there any way to update the privacy settings through the app to regain access?

I hope posting in this forum is not the only thing you have done in these two weeks. Have you contacted the Audi?
