Adding wireless charging to my 2021 audi e-tron

I recently picked up my 2021 audi e-Tron, which had only 80miles on it, but since it was already on the lot, I didn’t get to pick everything I wanted. It’s equipped with most of the features I was hoping for, but I noticed it doesn’t have wireless charging. Is it possible to add wireless charging to the e-Tron after purchase, or is that something that needs to be factory-installed?

Audi doesn’t offer a retrofit for wireless charging, it’s a factory-only feature. Your best bet is going aftermarket, but just be careful which one you buy. Some cheap wireless chargers don’t work well with thick phone cases or don’t provide enough power. Look for one with good reviews and a clean fit.

I'm pretty sure we can't do that. That charging pad is built right into the side of the space.

That’s what I was worried about. Seems like a factory-only option. Guess I’ll stick with wired charging for now.
