I'm having a serious issue with my Audie-tron. Ever since I had it in for those recent recalls, I've been completely unable to connect to it. I've tried everything – resetting the app, rebooting my phone, even calling roadside assistance – nothing works.

After what felt like forever, I finally got a call back from the service manager. Can you believe it? The problem was that they left my car connected to the 3G network instead of switching it back to LTE after the repairs.

Honestly, it's incredibly frustrating. It feels like customer service these days just doesn't know how to think outside the box.

If any of you are also having trouble connecting to your e-tron, check your internet connection. Make sure it's using the LTE network. Hopefully, this saves you the headache I went through.

Kudos to you for digging in and finding the solution. This is a great reminder for all of us to double-check our vehicle's settings after any service work. Given that many 3G networks are being phased out, this oversight can lead to significant connectivity problems. It's surprising how a simple oversight can lead to such a big inconvenience.

It’s always the little things like this that end up causing the biggest headaches. I’ll be sure to double-check my car’s settings after any future service work. Appreciate the heads-up, @SherlockHolmes_67!
