My mom just ran into a weird hiccup with our Juicebox charger while trying to juice up her Audi Q4. It threw a “charger malfunction” message at her when she was down to 25 miles! Luckily, switching to the Audi charger did the trick. Anyone else had this nightmare with the Juicebox, or any idea why it freaked out?

That sounds super annoying! Have you peeked for any firmware updates on the Juicebox or checked if the cable's all good? Sometimes it’s just a loose connection or a little software hiccup causing the issue!

Good it was only for a short period. I think it was because those aren't compatible. I can't find any technical explanation. Though, it is pretty curious and interesting. Have you ever tried to use the same setup again?

Have you tried a different JuiceBox or checked for firmware updates? Unplugging it for a few minutes sometimes helps. If the Audi charger works, it's probably the JuiceBox acting up, not the car. Maybe reach out to JuiceBox support and see if they've heard anything similar.
