Audi App Sync Issues with 2021 e-tron

Hey folks, anyone else having trouble with their Audi App not syncing properly with their cars? Because mine's acting up big time with my '21 e-tron. It was all smooth sailing until last week. I can still lock and unlock the car through the app, but I can't get the car's status, and I'm seeing some annoying errors popping up. Has anyone else run into the same issue? Any tips on how to fix this?

I ran into that same issue before. It seems to be a problem with Audi's system. The good news is, it resolves itself. In my case, I just waited a while, and everything went back to normal.
 
Is this resolved? I'm having this issue as well and was diagnosed as SOS control unit failure. My dealer told me that there's no lead time yet. Just wanted to know if anyone here has this issue solved already.
 
To be honest, the myAudi app has been a total mess for me. It's practically useless. I've been trying to get it to work since I bought my first B9, and it never really worked right, even after they stopped using 3G. Things were a little better with my newer B9, but I still couldn't always rely on the remote locking.

It's honestly embarrassing that a third-party app can do a better job than Audi's own system.
