Audi Connect Plus isn’t working

Has anyone else had this issue? I just got my car, and Audi Connect Plus isn’t working. The basic Connect is fine, but I can’t find the "Plus" subscription in the Myaudi app or online, even though I get 6 months free. The Nav package showed up and I subscribed with no issues.

I’m also having trouble with the vehicle hotspot. It keeps redirecting me to Verizon and says I need to subscribe at Audi because my Wi-Fi hotspot isn’t active.

That sounds like a similar issue I had when my free Audi Connect Plus trial ended. I couldn’t get the paid subscription working at first, but Verizon had to fix it on their end, try contacting Audi Connect Service, they should be able to help you with both the Plus subscription and the hotspot issue.

Try logging out of the myAudi app, clear the cache, and log back in.
