Yep, I believe you can! As we know, trailer plugs usually power things like the trailer’s lights, brakes and other electrical stuff, right? But it’s a good idea to double check the owners manual or hit up Audi just to be sure about the exact power output and whether it’ll work with any other devices you’ve got in mind.

Using the trailer plug on your e-tron to power anything, even small devices, is risky. It could seriously mess up the car's electrical system and might even be a safety hazard. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
