Anyone got the lowdown on whether I can use a CCS adapter to charge my ride at a Tesla station? Like, has anyone actually tried this? Also, is it one of those super-fast chargers or what? How fast does it really pump up the juice? Appreciate any deets!

With the Tesla adapter, you can hook up to those Tesla Destination L2 chargers, but not the Superchargers. Also, charging at those Destination spots is pretty much the same speed as your regular home charger.

You can use a CCS adapter at some Tesla stations only if the station supports non-Tesla vehicles. Check the Tesla app to see where you can find Superchargers for other EVs. And the charging speed depends on the charger and the car's capability. For example, the Tesla V3 supercharger can deliver a charging speed of 250 kW, but not so many EVs will ever hit that speed.

Tesla's been super hush-hush about when we'll actually be able to use CCS charging. They'll probably try to get other automakers to pay them a bunch before they make it available to everyone else.

So, Europe's like, 'Tesla, put those CCS adapters on your Superchargers,' and now all their cars since the Model 3 got CCS ports. They're testing letting other EVs charge at their Superchargers in Europe with their app. No clue if they'll do that in the US, even if it works.
